In NSW, school development days are used to improve the skills of school staffs. Such days usually occur in the beginning of Term 1, 2 and 3. Two more development days occur at the end of Term 4. Independent and catholic schools may have different term dates. Please check with individual Independent and Catholic schools for the correct school term and holiday dates.
